Its aged in French oak barrels for up to 3 years, giving it a rich dark amber colour and a refined, well rounded flavour profile. Expect aromas of vanilla, cinnamon, cloves, butterscotch and chocolate, followed by a smooth palate with nutty toffee notes. The finish is warm and lightly spicy with a touch of pepper.
